Pregnancy Termination (Abortion)

Pregnancy termination (abortion) can be performed until the legal limit of the 10th week of pregnancy, either electively or due to medical necessity. At our clinic, it is performed under sterile conditions, with anesthesia and full confidentiality.

The Procedure

• Before the procedure, the pregnancy week is confirmed with examination and ultrasound.
• The procedure is completed in 5-10 minutes with the vacuum aspiration method.
• No pain is felt with sedation anesthesia.
• You return home after 1-2 hours of rest.

After the Procedure

Light bleeding may last a few days; a follow-up examination is done within 1 week. The next menstrual cycle usually returns to normal within 4-6 weeks. When performed with the right technique, the procedure does not affect future pregnancies.
